The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.
  • Loss or theft of the item.
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized jewellers.

Warranty Claims:

  • To make a claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • If the issue falls within the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
  • For damage not covered under warranty, we can offer repair services at a reasonable cost.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. For orders valued at £15,000 and above, returns are accepted within 14 days. When using currencies other than GBP, the applicable order value will be rounded up to the nearest £500 to determine the return period.

To qualify for a refund, returned products must be undamaged and within the prescribed return period. No questions will be asked, and we will refund the full purchase price. To initiate a return, please contact us for guidance on the procedure.
